Specializing in Residential Interior Painting, Costello Painting and the Costello family have been painting homes in North Idaho since 1940. Current owner and 5th Gen Idahoan, Chris Costello, comes from a proud painting legacy. Each summer starting at age 12, Chris worked alongside his father and grandfather, learning the family trade. A diligent student and hard worker, Chris graduated Valedictorian at Lake City HS.

In 2001, Chris earned a degree in business that would lead him on an entrepreneurial adventure. Fresh out of college, Chris focused his energy on the creation and management of a travel-themed café in Portland, OR.

After 13 years, it was time for Chris to sell the business, focus on family and reconnect to his painting roots. Costello Painting was revived in 2016 and Chris became a father. With some luck, the proud family painting tradition will be passed on once more.
